The 29 Now : Mindful Meditation Class

Mindfulness Meditation is one part of a three part workshop " Mindful State of Being " it is intended to help beings of all ages, at any fitness level become more conscious of the Physical Body & Mind Relationship. Using different activities such as guided "Check-in's" allow participants, to accept their current state. Then "Self-reflection" through basic guided "Meditation" and last "Verbal affirmations" to heal negative thought patterns.

The location must be confirm before class.

Last Tuesday of Each Month @ 7PM
