DEAR WYTE PEOPLE, STAY MAD

Twenty four hours after Netflix released the trailor for "Dear White People," (the series) approximately one million dislikes were placed on their Youtube. Wyte customers revolt as claims of race-baiting and racism were tweeted all over social media. As per usual Wyte twitter begun the "I'm not racist I just hate any time black people mention our systematic flaws and privilege," hashtag formally known as #DEARBLACKPEOPLE.

The series is an extension of the film "Dear White People," based on the horrendous frat party thrown at a prodomenantly white university. The party was created by white college students who chose to wear blackface and dress in stereotypical depictions of black people. Defending any racist action and refusing to hold a mirror to your fellows is a dangerous cycle of abuse. Black people can NOT be racist! We can surely be prejudice but racism is a lasting system. This series portrays the ugliness and hatred of simpleminded individuals who's obssession with black culture takes a sick turn.

The 30 second clipped caused numerous customers to cancell their Netflix subscription. The protagonist Samantha of the Black Student Union shows a courageous young woman, battling her coming of age, identity, and the blatant disrespect suffered on campus. But don't worry we will surely be tuning in.

The series is scheduled to premiere April 24, 2017.

DEAR WYTE PEOPLE,

There's always another option for you.

JUST DO NOT WATCH!
